The elements within our `Papatya` concept are vital for the development of Landgoed Groot Mariënbosch such as sustainable: hospitality, wellness, spa & conferencing (red segment), forestry, agri culture, cattle breeding (green segment), aqua culture & water management (blue segment), education & energy. Above all we have chosen for quality. Today we had our finalising meeting at KDV Architects with our Surinam ThinkTank, coordinated by mr. Marcel Persad BBA. Pieter Teunissen (nature conservation, agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery, forestry), ir. Dirk Noordam (soil science, agriculture, animal husbandry), ing. Marcel Meijer (land & water management) & mr. Marcel Persad (finance & aqua culture). Marije and Cor gave today step-by-step an update per segment. The focus will be on the red segment: sustainable hospitality, wellness, spa & conferencing. As per 22 January 2009 we are going more in detail with the concerning specialists with -above all- our eagle view (`Harpij arend` in our logo) in mind... Mr. Marcel Persad will remain our surinam coordinator. Marije and Cor renewed last Tuesday the contract with him untill 01-07-2009. The concerning photo`s have to be regarded as a tribute to all the members of this temporary Surinam ThinkTank.
