Een week na zijn eerste mountain bike tour in Paramaribo richting
oost besloot Cor Denneman deze morgen naar het westen af te reizen met
zijn Gazelle mountain bike. Vooral op de steile Wijdenbosch-brug was het echt afzien.

One week after my bike maidentour in Paramaribo to the east I decided this morning to take my second tour to the west. After a short session at `Fietsen in Suriname` I went to the Wijdenbosch Bridge. There is a mountain bike for... Much higher on the bike that I ever thought before. But I did it anyway. Than I took the trip to the `Winchesterstraat`, where the office of Danpaati Lodge is located and where my associate Marije van Zomeren has lived before. I visited a very special church and was impressed by so many old building during my bike trip. I stopped at `Hermitage Mall` for my orientation tour and lateron I had my early and very tasty dinner at indonesian restaurant Jawa. At the end of my 6 hours tour I deserved my weekly desert: Fernandes icecream at Torarica next door... There I have met our notary Diepak Chitoe with a part of his big family. As a tribute to this nice character I made two representative pictures...
